The ergonomic bed consists of 7 different hardnesses along its length. Correctly arranged different hard individual parts of the bed provide the right support for your body. The greatest pressures of the body on the mattress are in the shoulder area, so the hardness of the mattress must be the smallest in this area. Since the body needs the most support in the lumbar region, the bed must be the hardest in this place. Thus, your spine has the shape of a straight line and the correct physiological position, which helps to relieve it. The spine is one of the most important and at the same time the most stressed parts of the body.

The core of the 24 cm high mattress consists of an 18 cm high layer of high-quality pocket springs, which adapt to the body in specific points, as each part of the body is supported by its own pocket. Advanced pocket springs enable the responsiveness of only those springs that are pressed by the body, so the spine is always aligned and in the correct position, regardless of the body's position during sleep. An important advantage of individual pocket springs is that they correctly and smoothly adjust the position of two people on a double bed, even if there is a large difference in weight between you and your partner. This allows for more comfort, minimizing external negative factors that affect your quality of sleep. Thanks to the pocket spring system, you will sleep more peacefully and comfortably, regardless of whether your partner often changes sleeping positions.

Additional durable layer in the core

Due to the uncomfortable pressure on our bodies, we are forced to change positions and constantly move, which results in poorer, shallower and poorer quality sleep or even frequent awakenings. To help you sleep even better and deeper, we have added memory foam to the mattress cover. Memory foam recognizes the shape of your body and adapts perfectly to it. This will make your sleep even more pleasant and comfortable, as memory foam helps relieve pressure points on your body. The memory foam in the cover has a special shape that gives a gentle massage sensation.

With the sleep research, which we designed after expert consultation with to senior physiotherapist Matej Čebokljewe found that the choice of bed has a significant impact on better sleep. For three weeks, the subjects' heart rate was measured during sleep, as an increased heart rate is a sign of restless sleep. It turned out that on a properly selected Hitex mattress, the heart rate of more than half of the participants calmed down. We reduced sleep disturbances by 72%, 60% of test subjects have fewer problems with morning fatigue, right 85% of them sleep better on the new Hitex mattress.
