Warranty.

We provide you with a 2-year warranty on Hitex mattress cores and an additional 8-year warranty, provided you use the appropriate slatted base. For hygiene reasons, we recommend changing the mattress every 7 to 8 years.

Advance payment is a prerequisite for production 40% advanceor the total amount of the order. After placing the order, you will receive payment information to your email address during the working day. The delivery time for made-to-order products is from 7 to 10 working days. Once the advance payment or the full amount has been made, your order will be sent for production. You will be informed about the delivery by Pošta Slovenija or our personal HITEX delivery service.
