SKUPONI is an internet interactive web service (hereinafter referred to as the "SKUPONI portal") that operates on the World Wide Web at the domain skuponi.si, managed by the company Qualitas d.o.o., Ljubljanska c. 24b, 4000 Kranj, 4000 Kranj, Ident. no. for VAT: SI65582934, no. registered in SRG 10239300, (hereinafter "contractor"). The service includes the provision of information services, content management and financial transactions. The specified services are provided by the contractor group, affiliated companies - providers and third parties.

The term "Portal" in these terms of use includes all websites located within the skuponi.si domain.

By using these websites - the SKUPONI portal, you declare that you are familiar with and agree to the terms of use and provisions set forth here. If you do not agree with the stated terms of use, please refrain from using these websites.

USER

The user or end user is any person who in any way, directly or indirectly, uses or has used the services of the SKUPONI portal.

The user agrees that access to the SKUPONI portal may be interrupted, which may be temporarily unavailable or disabled for reasons such as routine page maintenance and for other reasons for which the contractor is not responsible.

The end user is also aware of and agrees with the fact that when using the Internet network, technical problems may sometimes occur and, as a result, the service may be interrupted. Such and similar events are beyond the contractor's control, and as a result, the contractor cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or other events that may occur while offering the services of the SKUPONI portal.

The user is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of his passwords and codes that appear and are created when using the services offered by the SKUPONI portal.

The end user is responsible for the purchase and maintenance of computer equipment, including all software and hardware that he owns and uses, as well as other equipment necessary to access and use these Websites and for all related costs. The contractor is not responsible for any damage to the end user's equipment that occurs as a result of using the SKUPONI portal.

End users may not use the SKUPONI portal to post or transmit any material that threatens or otherwise violates the rights of third parties, material that is illegal in nature, threatening, offensive, defamatory, distorting or invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene or in any other way undesirable or prohibited in the subject communication, material that promotes illegal activities or otherwise violates any regulations, or that without the express prior written consent of the contractor, contains advertising or the offer of any products and services.

Any behavior of the end user that, in the subjective opinion of the contractor, restricts or prevents another end user from using the sKupni.si portal is strictly prohibited. The end user may not use the sKuponi.si portal to advertise or carry out any commercial, religious, political or other non-commercial promotion, including inviting users of these websites to become members of other online or offline services, which represents direct or indirect competition or potential competition to the contractor.

Persons under the age of 14 are prohibited from using the SKUPONI portal.

The provider, like other internet service providers (ISPs), is only a distributor of content (and not a publisher or author, except in the case that it also appears as a provider) that is obtained by third parties and end users. Therefore, the contractor, just like a public library, bookstore or kiosk, does not have editorial control over such content. All opinions, advice, statements, images, services, offers and other information and content come from the providers (responsible authors or distributors) and not from the artist. The contractor guarantees the accuracy of the information about the published offers, but does not guarantee the completeness or usefulness of the published content of the offer or suitability for a specific purpose.

The credibility of all information published in individual offers is guaranteed by the providers, who are fully responsible for the content: prices, images, texts, links... published in their offers.

The contents available on the SKUPONI portal represent the opinions and assessments of relevant information providers, end users or other users who are not in a contractual relationship with the contractor. The contractor does not check and confirm the publication of this data and therefore cannot be responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement that appeared on the SKUPONI portal.

Under no circumstances is the contractor responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of products or services that the end user obtains through the SKUPONI portal. The end user uses the products and services obtained through the SKUPONI portal at his own risk.

The SKUPONI portal contains links to third-party websites offered by other content providers. These links are provided only as a convenience and not as an endorsement by the Contractor of the content of the third-party websites, whereby the Contractor expressly disclaims any connection with the content and accuracy of the material on the third-party websites. If the end user decides to access third party websites, he does so at his own risk. If you do not have a signed contract with the contractor that expressly allows you to do so, you may not link to the SKUPONI portal on any other website. The Contractor reserves the right to withdraw its permission to post links at any time and at its sole discretion.

The contractor reserves the right to make changes to the SKUPONI online system in terms of organization, technology, method and presentation of the offer and communication with end users. the contractor is not responsible for any impact on the operations of the SKUPONI portal, which are the result of force majeure.

Any copying, distribution, transfer, publication, linking or other modification of the content without the express written consent of the artist is strictly prohibited! Any violation of these Terms may result in infringement of copyright, trademark or any other form of intellectual property right and may lead to civil or commercial proceedings and/or criminal prosecution of infringers.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The contractor reserves the right to change the Terms of Use or Purchase Terms or Data Confidentiality Statement. Therefore, we advise users to re-read the information contained in the Terms of Use and the Data Privacy Statement from time to time in order to be informed of these changes. If there are changes to the Terms of Use or the Terms of Sale or the Data Privacy Statement and the end user continues to use our TOTAL portal, this means that the user agrees to the Terms of Use and the Data Privacy Statement that are currently in effect.

When making a purchase, the buyer accepts the currently valid terms of use and terms of purchase, which can also be read and printed directly. If there is a change in the terms of use or the terms of purchase during the purchase process, the buyer has the option to withdraw from the purchase in case of disagreement with the new terms.

In the interest of good business practice and according to the principle of honesty and conscientiousness, the contractor will keep old versions of these documents, which will be marked chronologically accordingly.

In the event of changes to the Terms of Use or the Terms of Purchase or the Data Confidentiality Statement, which would result in significantly different business conditions, the contractor will notify its registered users of the skuponi.si portal about the changes by e-mail.

Any change or deletion of the terms and conditions of use shall take effect as soon as they are published on the SKUPONI portal. Any use of the SKUPONI portal by the end user after such notice constitutes acceptance of these changes.

MISCELLANEOUS

Subheadings used in these Terms of Use are used for orientation only and do not in any way affect the interpretation of the text contained therein. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision of these Terms and the remaining parts of these Terms shall remain in effect. The failure of either party to exercise its rights under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver or loss of those rights or any other rights set forth herein.

Headquarters of Qualitas d.o.o. is in Kranj, in the Republic of Slovenia. The court in Kranj has jurisdiction over legal disputes that arise as a result of the use of these Websites (unless a special agreement stipulates otherwise). Legal disputes are resolved in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. By using this website, the end user agrees that the court in Kranj has jurisdiction for any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or in connection with their enforcement.
